a whole new world for your child.
Cultures - Indian: from India or America? Do you go to school like me? Do you celebrate Holidays and Birthdays like me? What is unique about where and how you live? Learing about people from other cultures
helps us all realize how similar we are and helps dispell ignorance and myths.
Tolerance - Just like learning about different cultures, learning tolerance can be
fun! We don't have to do or like the same things to understand and respect one another.
History - History comes alive and becomes a part of our lives when told in these books that relate important people and events in ways that children can relate to.
